Free shipping is available on all orders.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high demand. If there is ever an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the supplier’s location, the destination country, customs processing, postal delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Typical estimated delivery times are:

·       United States & Canada: 7-14 business days

·       Europe: 10-15 business days

·       Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 business days

·       Rest of the World: 15-20 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for tracking information to update in the system after your order has been shipped.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. This means you may receive more than one package, and the packages may arrive on different days.

Customs and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on your country of residence.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on the order value, country regulations, and other local factors.

Lamp of Light is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a reshipping fee.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lamp of Light is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to courier issues, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
